Lorey Flick, PE, HPDP, LEED AP

Lorey has over 20 years of experience in the design of mechanical systems, energy analysis for new and existing buildings, sustainability consulting, and commissioning. She has led over 100 LEED charrettes, educating teams on the relevant criteria and oﬀering insight to the industry’s best practices and evolving technology. Her project experience involves design projects spanning numerous industry sectors from $3M-$400M+.

Steve Pinto, PE

PARTNER

Steve Pinto has over 15 years of experience in project management, electrical engineering, and low voltage engineering design of the built environment.

Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and has experience in the design of normal and emergency power distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage, including audio/visual systems.

James Devereux, Jr., EIT

PLUMBING DESIGNER

James has experience in the design of plumbing and fire protection systems, rooted in a strong mechanical engineering background. He has completed numerous projects a variety of industry sectors including hospitality, commercial restaurants, multi-family, residential, educational, and medical office buildings. In addition to his design experience, James plays a significant role in Construction Administration.
